EP2 Speech at the Annual Meeting
Mr. Xu Jinfu, Chairman of Tinci Materials, extended his New Year greetings to all employees and partners, reviewed the achievements achieved against the trend in 2023, and looked forward to creating new glories in 2024.
Mr. Xu stated that 2024 is a crucial year for Tianci Materials' development, as we will face a more challenging market environment. We must always prioritize efficiency, cost control, integrity, and innovation. We must adhere to the four pillars of customer focus, product quality, cost control, and brand influence. We must actively promote diversified governance and strive to achieve optimal cost efficiency. EP3 Award Ceremony
At the awards ceremony, 5 outstanding teams and 634 excellent employees were recognized. It is hoped that in 2024, all employees will take them as role models, continue to push their boundaries, and pursue excellence.

EP4 Highlights
Next was the most anticipated performance segment. Colleagues from various departments and bases of Tinci Materials enthusiastically presented vibrant and youthful dance performances, humorous sketches, and other programs. The atmosphere at the annual meeting was lively and filled with applause. They demonstrated their team's unity, strength, and charm.
Through active participation and voting by live audience members, the most popular programs were announced.

EP5 Welcoming the New Spring and Lucky Draw
Game interactions, red envelope rain, and a lucky draw segment at the venue brought the atmosphere of the annual meeting to a climax. The prizes included various items such as a lucky carp prize package (including Apple products), Apple computers, Nikon cameras, Dyson vacuums, drones, and more.
